We have linens imported all the way from Belgium, Poland, Russia & Ireland, to name a few.

We offer the best selection of soft, furnishing fabrics, hemps, linens & cottons in the Cape. We have a huge selection of different natural fabrics that are suitable for heavy duty upholstery jobs right through to sheer linen fabrics.
LINENS
We specialise in Linens. We wash, dye and treat linens so to your exact shade. We stock Belgium linens, Russian, Polish and locally manufactured linens.
HEMPS
The Fabric House is passionate about hemps. We can dye your selected hemp fabric to your exact shade! Hemp dyes to perfection and is suitable for upholstery and clothing.
COTTONS
We stock only high-quality cotton rich fabrics, mostly locally sourced. We can dye your selected cotton fabric to your exact shade!

OUR SELECTIONS
We keep in stock many high-end and exotic short-ends and remnants, which are available to purchase p/metre or by weight. Think scatter cushions, headboards, ottomans and Roman blinds.
EXOTIC SCATTER CUSHIONS
The scatter cushions we have available on our floor have been hand-picked and can be purchased immediately. They are high-end and include inners with feather and down-proof. We have recently began printing our own version of bespoke designs.
